One of the most life transforming classes I've ever taken!

Your class is one of the most life transforming I have ever taken! I found my life filled with “organized clutter” everywhere. Of course, “how you do anything is how you do everything!” While I do understand everything has “energy”, I was not paying attention to how every single piece of “stuff” I have, in all areas of my life, including on my computer, my calendar, relationships, and so on, was also holding me back!! My environments (inner and outer) were filled to overflowing with things which no longer inspired me and instead I felt regret or frustration, sadness, and anger at myself. There are those “feelings” tied to everything around me! Classes I never did the homework in, or books I never read, incomplete projects, gifts I did not especially enjoy! Wow has that shifted since taking your class!!

I now LOVE to de-clutter and it has become something I am inspired to do a little of every day! I feel lighter, more free, more creative, and ideas come flowing in more each day! I now look at everything through those new eyes or love and joy and if anything is not singing to me, I release it and pass it along to someone else for whom it does sing! I no longer feel stuck! I am moving forward with more and more enthusiasm every day! I still have more things to release and now it has become a joy filled journey, knowing I am creating “space” for much more Magic and Wonderful things to come flowing in every single day!! There are not words to thank you for the great work you are doing!

P.S. I thought I had things under control after taking your class on de-cluttering my home, however, I am so Grateful I took the class on clearing the Office too! Wow I had only covered the surface and I LOVE my office more and more every single day thanks to you!!

I can already feel a shift in my life!

I loved your class (Clear-Out Day for your Home) more than words can say! I have de-cluttered for years and did not consider I had much of a problem, however, your process took me much deeper than I ever went before, with great ease and INSPIRATION! I am very intuitive, however, I never asked myself some of the questions you posed. I had considered asking if I liked something, however, not if I really, really loved it! Nor did I ask if it energized me or lifted my vibration!

I had a really exciting day - so exciting my friends wanted all the details! I finished my entire bathroom, more things in the kitchen, and I filled three full bags of clothes from my closet. I can hardly wait to manifest time to do the rest of my rooms!! I LOVE walking into my bathroom now! Even my room mate/former partner was impressed. He found some very nice inexpensive wooden hangers at IKEA and bought them for my closet to make it look more beautiful!!

What a joy and I can already feel a shift in my life!! Even my coach wanted to know the details - I was so excited!! I will be doing more small little sessions until the 29th and will be on the call again!! I certainly know why Coco loved you (and your class) so much!! Whoa...talk about life changing!

I recently attended a Clear-Out Day given by Sue Rasmussen (as part of her Streamline Your Success program). She is an expert on clutter at the deepest level.

Whoa...talk about life changing. It’s not about gathering up a bunch of stuff and getting rid of it. It’s about making decisions about things that have had some meaning—some hold on me. There are feelings, rules, attachments, and beliefs that I hold on to and they go deep.

During the Clear-Out Day, I tackled my kitchen. It was colossally full. Every drawer. Every cupboard. Everywhere. Not only that, but there were things that bugged me every time I walked into the kitchen. I had tightness—especially in my chest—that gripped me when I spent time in my kitchen. You might be thinking, “Tightness in your chest in your kitchen?” Yes…and big tightness at that.

Sue was brilliant. She showed me how my body speaks to me about my stuff. Indeed, she was big time correct. My body was screaming at me—“Lee, let go…please!”

Three Valuable Lessons I Learned About Clutter:

1. Clutter has a direct attachment to my energy.

I felt dread in my kitchen before the clear out. Spending time in there was the last thing I wanted to do. I couldn’t find anything. If had to move stuff around to work in my already small kitchen. I cleared out 70% of what was in my kitchen.

Yes, 70%.

As I did it I felt lighter, happier, freer and generally relieved. There was space. There wasn’t a dread. The tightness was gone. I could breathe. I feel free.

2. Clutter connects me to scarcity.

As I touched each item in my kitchen clear out, I was confronted with the belief I was telling myself. “You can’t get rid of that; you might need it someday; maybe you won’t ever be able to have it again.” It was scarcity thinking at its finest!

What opened up for me was a sense that I have enough—even after clearing out 70% of my stuff. The truth is that in every stage of my life, I have had enough. More wasn’t the answer. I felt a sense of calm about enough-ness in the moment. I feel happy.

3. Clearing clutter creates an uncanny spaciousness.

I can’t describe the joy there is in looking at and feeling the space I now feel in my kitchen. It wasn’t just a physical space; it was more, much more. My cupboards were free of the logjams of stuff. I could relax into the space. I found things with ease.

My hubby said to me, “Wow, I can find the spices now.” Our home is taking on a whole new demeanor. One of space; one of gratitude; one of little is much. I feel content.

Clearing the way for peace and joy

Thank you so much, Sue, for that Clear-Out Day for your Home program that I participated in yesterday. It was fantastic! 

In my life, I am trying to be more in love, peace, and joy. Looking at each item and asking myself, "do I really LOVE this?" put a whole different perspective on things in my home and a new way to look at things. I found when I was loving these things, it did bring me the peace and the joy.

It really meshed well with my purpose and goals in my life, and I am really excited about taking this forward into the other aspects - not only the physical, but also the time and activities - that are clutter in my life.

I just loved it!

This Clear-Out Day for Your Home was an incredible day. I just loved it! I loved the format of it; it kept me moving and when I needed to take a break, I did. I found that I just skimmed through things, like taking a rake across a layer of things that were just CLUTTER.

I really appreciated the permission to just get rid of old medicines and vitamins and make-up samples and all this stuff that just takes up space.

And at the end of the day, I loved that I have bags by the door ready to go out. I really got so much out of it!

It was really a great day, and I'm happy that there is another one coming up. It's great for the accountability and sharing our experiences with the group, too - it was really fun.

My closet is gorgeous and functional

After your interview with Coco Fossland today, when you mentioned that a tight closet is clutter, I took on one of two cluttered areas - my large overcrowded closet.

Two-thirds of the clothes were either no longer fitting, no longer in season, or no longer appealing. Now my closet is gorgeous and functional.

Before the call, I knew it needed to be decluttered and I wasn't motivated to spend the time. Yet when you spoke, I was driven to purge. When I take on the storage room, the house will be complete.
